Right of return

Purchased goods are subject to a 14-day return policy, starting from the date of receipt.

Please notify us immediately after receiving the order.

Return conditions:

– The buyer must notify their intention to return the goods within 14 days of receipt via email at info@shopmaailm.ee

– The returned goods must be unused, undamaged, in the original packaging with original markings, and in the same completeness as when issued to the buyer.

– In case of a return, pack the goods properly. Goods cannot be returned if the sales packaging or product is damaged.

– The buyer bears the return shipping costs (max €10), except when the return is due to a discrepancy with the order or a defective product.

ote! If the delivery was free at the time of purchase, the buyer pays the shipping cost in case of a return.

– If the original packaging of the goods is damaged, if the use of the goods during the trial period exceeds what is reasonably necessary to examine the product, or if the returned goods are not in a condition equivalent to a new similar product, Shopmaailm.ee has the right to unilaterally deduct from the refundable amount a compensation corresponding to the decrease in the value of the goods. The amount of compensation is determined individually based on the potential decrease in value of the returned goods, and the buyer is informed of the compensation amount at the earliest opportunity after it has been determined.

– The money for the returned goods will be refunded to the buyer immediately, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal request.

– The colors displayed on your screen may not exactly match the actual shades. Images are for illustrative purposes, and we have no control over your screen settings.

– Products whose use (or non-use) cannot be verified are not eligible for return. For goods that cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons, the 14-day return policy does not apply. Food cannot be returned.

– If the buyer wishes to cancel the sales contract, they must immediately (within 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods) notify the seller by email at info@shopmaailm.ee , including a photo of the product and packaging. The seller reserves the right to request additional photos of the returned goods. In the email, please describe the complaint as accurately as possible and do not forget to include contact details. The complainant will be contacted within 3 working days.

– The buyer agrees that if the right to cancel the sales contract is abused, the seller may refuse to serve them in the future.

– The buyer can turn to the Consumer Complaints Commission of the Consumer Protection Board, which has the authority to resolve contract-related disputes if the value of the disputed goods exceeds €20.
