For delivery without delays, you must be diligent and provide true and valid delivery information when placing your order.

Itella SmartPOST delivers parcels to a suitable parcel terminal within 1–4 business days, with a cost starting from 2.99€.
When the ordered goods arrive at the Itella SmartPOST parcel terminal, you will be sent an SMS notification containing the security code needed to open the parcel terminal.
Attention! The parcel will be held in the parcel terminal for 7 calendar days starting from the moment the door code is sent to your mobile phone. If you do not retrieve the parcel within 7 days, it will be returned to the e-shop.
If the parcel has been returned to the e-shop, you must pay a postage fee of 5€ to receive the package, by contacting us beforehand. via the contact form or by sending us an email to info@shopmaailm.ee
If an agreement cannot be reached or if we cannot contact you, the order will be cancelled. Shopmaailm.ee will deduct a 5€ handling fee from the order total, and the remaining amount paid for the order will be refunded to your bank account.
2) The goods will be sent to you to the Omniva parcel terminal indicated on the order
Omniva delivers parcels to a suitable parcel terminal within 1–4 business days, with a cost starting from 2.99€.

When the ordered goods arrive at the Omniva parcel terminal, you will be sent an SMS notification containing the security code needed to open the parcel terminal.
